Head of Engineering

Own technical direction, build the team, and personally write the most complex code—ontology models, agentic AI systems, and integrations with legacy IT/OT environments. A player-coach role: hands-on coding while scaling from 5-10 to 25+ engineers.
Lead Data Engineer
India Office
Lead our Data Integration track, designing scalable ETL/ELT frameworks and guiding a team of 2-3 engineers. Build self-healing pipelines connecting ERPs, PLCs, and WMS systems. A player-coach role with hands-on architecture and code.
