Our client is a leading beverage producer of mineral water and assorted flavored water-based drinks. The company is an innovative new player in the category with sustainable production and packaging processes. They are known for their high-quality beverages and are a leading supplier to tier 1 retailers like Whole Foods Market, Costco, and Walmart.
The company’s bottling plant is located close to their water source to enable easy logistics of their main product. They also co-pack for other beverage producers who supply all their bulk ingredients directly and source water from the company’s natural source.
With regulatory requirement for quality documentation being a high priority the company wanted to revamp their quality documentation and intelligence system to improve release cycle time for the lines. Communication between quality and floor operations was also an important aspect needing improvement.
