With over 120+ installations it is a challenge to monitor them and ensure peak performance across all installations. A team of dedicated professionals typically spends over 20-man-hours daily to collate information from each installation, analyze data, and identify areas of improvement or deficiencies. Once the analysis is complete the maintenance team then prepares a truck-roll plan.
With rapid growth the company has reached a saturation level where further growth would not be feasible without a change in this process. Terrantic was asked to implement a distributed Digital Twin capability to remote monitor all assets with the ability to go deep at any level.
